I will be honest. Last time when I visited this saloon everything was great. Girl that was doing waxing was very professional, polite and I must say waxing wasn't that painful. This time, they've called me an hour earlier to try to reschedule the appointment. We weren't able to find the apropriate date and time so they told me to come to the saloon nevertheless. I came, but the lady that has done waxing previously was busy, so the other one took me in charge. I have a feeling that this lady has never done waxing before, or if she did she's not professional. This was the worst waxing ever, very painful and very oddly done. As much as she tried and did her best, I had an opinion that I could do it better. There is a reason why people pay for waxing, so someone who's professional do it. I'm very dissapointed. If there's a problem with schedule it's better to cancel the session than to do it this way.

I went there for Brazilian blow dry 12th August 19, after 3 days i washed my hair the result was terrible. My hair were all frizzy. Not only it didn’t get better they made my hair awful.
They offer me redo after 3 weeks.
Nothing has changed. All my beautiful curls are replaced with ugly frizzy hairs not a silky and smooth hair.
