Good value highlights. Nice salon and staff. They have a really good massage chair when u are getting your hair washed super relaxing. Would go back.
The staff is very friendly and approachable. The salon is very bright and clean and spacious. I was there for a haircut. I wanted a precise and clean shaped cut which is very difficult to do with my type of hair. Aurelio listened very attentively and asked follow up questions to my request. He explained each step of the technique he was using and got it done perfectly. It's the best job I've had done in a salon. I've been in London for one year and had quite the opposite experience at other salons nearby. I'm here for two more years and plan to come back only to this salon to get my hair cut be Aurelio.
The saloon is very clean, bright and spacious, but not as smart and sleek as the places i am used to go to. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, chatting to me like i were a friend. I did not know what to expect in terms of quality, but i received an excellent hair cut andtreatment at a very reasonable price. I would most definitely go back for further appointments.
Aurelio is a fantastic and friendly hairdresser, he talked me through the ideas I had (I'd brought in some pictures of what I wanted; a slight change on my previous hairstyle) and suggested alternatives while sticking to what I wanted (I've experienced some hairdressers just go for what they think is best). The salon was quiet on my particular appointment, which I always find a bit uncomfortable, and while the logo colour scheme doesn't shout "chic", the salon itself is lovely, especially the treatment rooms downstairs. The colour was great, I wanted black and it's a very natural black (I believe they use ammonia-free dye, too) and no petrol blue hints. The massage chair at the washing sink is a bit of a shock, haha, but a nice touch. The lady training there gave a very good rinse and head massage :) My cut was pretty easy, straight cut with a slightly curved bock fringe, I stressed that I wanted my very damaged ends gone and that's exactly what Aurelio did. The blow dry was so-so because I had to straighten my hair at home before going out that night, but otherwise, the whole experience was great (coming from someone who's not been to a hairdresser for five years since a bad experience!)
I was disappointed and experienced a very unprofessional manicure and pedicure. Although it appeared good value, it was actually a waste of money. Will not return or recommend to anyone.
