I booked the treatment on the same day and there was a bit of a mismatch - the girl who was supposed to work on me was sick. They managed to find someone else instead. THe treatment was well done.
I was surprised that my hairdresser couldn't speak any English BUT he did exactly what I wanted him to do. His colleague translated what I wanted and he had a good feeling for what was a suitable haircut for me. The Keratin Treatment was also very well done. I was, however, not advised not to wash my hair for the next for days or not to have any other treatments for the next two weeks. Luckily, I knew all of this but if it would have been my first time having a Brazilian Blow Dry I'd like to be advised on those things. But overall, it was a good experience and the team is very nice.
I had a fantastic experience at this salon. The hair stylist, Mayara, listened very carefully to my brief and i am very happy with the results; beautiful blond highlights! The staff are very friendly too, especially Cassia! Thanks
Followed my suggestions well. Slight confusion about what I booked at the beginning and translation needed while the haircut was going on but looked good and all the staff very attentive. Will go back.
My experience wasn't good!!! She cut one side more short than the other side.... Plus she almost couldn't speak English , it's wasn't a problem ... But she was asking all the time to the receptionist to translate ..... Looks like she is haven't experience .....
