If you're looking for the usual Nail Salon, then this isn't for you. I was a quite disappointed to be honest because I could have just gone to a regular Nail Salon for the same price. I was taken down the basement, to the very back room, where there was no one else, no music, and just a small bucket with a few inches of warm water in it for my feet. The chair was comfy, but it wasn't a massage chair that again, I could have got at Nail Salon for the same price. The silence during my pedicure was a bit awkward because my therapist didn't speak much English so we couldn't have a conversation. So in the end I decided to put my iPhone on speaker music. The range of nail colours to choose from was quite poor as well, not to mention a mixtures of brands that I've never seen, not a single OPI or Essie in sight. To be fair my therapist was very thorough and took attention to detail. However she did cut my cuticle too close on one of my big toes and it bleed, and then after that she was a bit rough where it was now tender and sensitive. Overall, I would not come here again for this price. Not value for money.
Very pleased with my treatment! Staff was really nice and welcoming and completely understood what I was looking for. Definitely coming back!!!
I had a gel manicure and pedicure at Brasil Hair. The staff was very friendly, the girl looking after me was very caring and i am very pleased with the result!
Lovely experience. Only fault was that you can hear noise from other rooms very clearly. Will definitely be back for more massage treatments.
i was so excited to have my hair booked since it had been such a long time since ihad a cut and was even more excited after reading the good reviews and getting the discount however my experience was so so poor that i was left speechless and had no energy to even complain after a long day at work. the cutting was non existent, the blow drying was ever so basic that all my Friends and family asked 'what haircut' when they saw i looked exactly the same. it was the cutting that was terrible, he hardly did anything with a few bad snips here and there and my hair felt and looked the same and if anything just so disappointing. will never go there again. they were not professionals but more like someone who was testing on me, with no creativity, no knowledge, messy, all over the place and now experience.
