I'm happy with the cut but the hairdresser I had didn't speak very much English. Obviously this doesn't impact her hairdressing skills but when you are trying to describe how you want your hair you don't want to feel like it is being lost in translation. There was somebody else present who was able to translate but it made for a nerve wracking cut waiting for the end result

I would like to give this place more than two stars as the staff are great and the place is nice. However, they are not equipped to Brazilian Blow Dry African hair. I have very tight curled afro hair which I did no think would be an issue as they have Afro hair listed in their treatment list.When my hair was washed the stylist looked daunted and proceeded to try and comb the Keratin through with a tiny narrow tooth comb. They didn't seem to have any specialist afro combs and treated my hair as a caucasian. There was still a lot of frizz in my hair when it was flat Ironed and I ended up running my GHDs through when I got home.
In short, this place is nice but if you have Afro hair go to a specialist as the stylist clearly wasn't ready for my mop!

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Nice cut. My hair feels so much better. it would have been a perfect treatment to have a bit of a scalp massage too once the treatment was on. But all in all great service. Would recommend.
