Elisabeth is a sweet, friendly lady with 13 years of experience in waxing. I had Hollywood done and it took only 30 minutes. Was a tiny bit painful as I shaved the lay couple of months. All in all a great place and will definitely be coming back

This was my second visit to Brasil Hair for a deep tissue massage having seen Sophia previously and being so impressed. However despite booking for 5pm with Sophia I was left to wait at reception with no explanation for 40 mins before another lady came to get me to do the massage instead. She didnt introduce herself and I can only describe the massage I received as a weird form of swedish massage that has ended up giving me further neck and shoulder pain when the massage was booked specifically to help these areas. I have a feeling the salon is overbooking the lady trained for this type of massage for this deal and so people less experienced are having to step in.

Really pleased with my experience - Sofia was friendly, polite and professional and the massage was deep enough to really get into the knots of muscles in my back/shoulders. I felt very looked after, and ended up getting an eyebrow wax during the same visit, which was also really well done and a great price. I will be going back as regularly as my bank balance can afford it!
