The place is very clean and ambient, however the lady that was cutting my hair couldn't speak english very well and I feel like she didn't really understand what I wanted.

All the staff were lovely. Massage was on time- even a little bit early as I showed up early. Nice clean place. Would have been better if the massage was done a bit deeper seeing it was a deep tissue one, as I felt that my knots and problems weren't dealt to. Other than that it was great!! Very relaxing!

Hairdesser was very good. Fast and effecient for a simple haircut and wash. Not sure how they'd do with more complicated looks, but for what I needed it was great.

Avoid the place for manicures and pedicures. The person who does manicures does not know how to properly file a nail. Re pedicure, it was a disaster. They were on a rush to close the saloon and put a bag of plastic on my feet so that I could walk with my shoes. The final result is that all the nail polish was half gone. A complete waste of money.

I was a little hesitant to book an appointment after reading the other reviews but I had a great experience. I am VERY particular with my hair but because of many different scheduling reasons I decided to try this place out and hoped for the best. It's true there is a slight language barrier but did not effect my haircut or experience. All of the staff were nice and pleasant and I was asked a few times for a top up on my tea. When it came to the haircut the stylist did exactly as I requested and I'm very happy with the outcome. She also took a lot of extra time blowdrying my hair compared to many other salons who try to get you in/out as soon as possible. I will definitely be going back and if you get a chance try it out!
