The staff was her helpful and I am very happy with my hair color. Not all the staff speaks English as mentioned but they understood what I needed perfectly and the result was exactly what I wanted.

Amazing value for a wash cut and blow wave and really pleased with the results. Had been to salon before for a pedicure and staff always really friendly. Was offered tea/coffee and the finished result was fab. Loved the blow wave lots of volume. Will return.

Sofia is very nice and takes the time to give you the best treatments. The salon looks very clean . And the waxing in itself satisfying . I recommend it.

I hate being negative but I really, really would not recommend this place. When I arrived the person greeting me didnt speak English, which I thought was fine but a little odd. She then proceeded to wash my hair before anyone had looked at it or asked me what I wanted. Which is kind of nuts - I have never had a hairdresser cut my hair before they looked at it. Then someone else came over, I asked if she was the person cutting my hair but she didn't understand. She called over a colleague to translate and it turned out she was. someone who had never seen my hair other than when it was wet and combed straight. Bizarre. Through the translator (who I had to ask for numerous times) I tried to ask for what I wanted. It was a very unpleasant experience - she cut my fringe way too short and too square (to be fair she probably had no idea what I wanted as she couldn't understand what I was saying) and when I tried to say she had cut it all one length (ie none of my usual layers) we had to get the translator again. So awkward, so much hassle. Avoid.
