When I walked in I was taken to my seat without any talking, hair washed, etc which I thought was quite cold and rude. It took me a little while to realise it was partly because of a language barrier.
Took a while for me to be offered a drink, it was done in such a way that I felt guilty and just asked for water.
The treatment itself was fine, it was done efficiently and I felt comfortable with it. Good value for money. My hair is a bit flat and I have to wash it every day, but I think that's to be expected - although I haven't had this treatment before so have nothing to compare it to.
I'm not sure I'd be comfortable getting a hair cut colour there due to the language barrier as I'd be worried we couldn't communicate about the style I wanted.
The overall experience was ok: the lady was a bit slow when ripping off the hot wax which is rather painful like that. I was also left with pieces of wax all over me, the salon didn't have any product to remove these.

I had the hair mask, cut and blow dry service and everything was very good. There was a smidge of a language barrier but very quickly the wash girl brought the stylist in to find out what I wanted. I had quite a drastic change in hairstyle (long to a bob) and Elizabeth did an amazing job. The cut is very precision and the styling was perfect. I would definitely go again.
Amazing value for a wash, masque, cut and blow dry. The masque treatment was too short, they left it in my hair a few minutes only but I'm happy with the cut. The staff was friendly, I was offered tea. I will definitely return.
