The experience was good, even tho the girl that did the treatment couldn't speak English at all, her smile and good attitude compensate the lack of verbal skills.

Brasil Hair has become my favourite over the last year. They give excellent quality for a great price that comes from Treatwell. The staff are very attentive and professional and always have a smile for you, they don't expect you to make small talk either. It is great value and quality compared to the rest of the dingy salons in Essex Road.

Although the salon was quiet on a Monday evening, I was really well looked after by the staff. I changed my mind about having a colour and they were really sweet about it and gave me a conditioning treatment instead. Although my hairdresser had to work through a translator to find out what I wanted it was a great cut and I was treated really well.

Not enough drying time allowed for by the staff so the varnish had smudged by the time I got to the tube. Disappointing as they looked great up until I had to leave the salon.
Other than that it was a good experience with friendly staff and a clean working environment.
