Love my new haircut and my stylist did an excellent job of blowdrying my hair straight and in the right style. Will definitely be going back. Even without my Treatwell discount, it would have still been a bargain. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. One tip, go early on Saturday, my appt was for 2pm and I was the only one waiting when I got there but when I left at 3:30, the waiting area was full of women waiting for their turn.

The room was clean but it was quite cold in there. Maybe put some music on or put the heater on before hand would be nicer and more comfortable.

Great value for money, the salon is beautiful and the staff very welcoming. Slight language barrier but that's no issue for me. Only thing is I got home and there was a significant amount of hair left for a Brazilian. But this is my fault, I should have checked more thoroughly. Still, great for the price !

I purchased a relaxer re-touch service. I made a telephone enquiry about the brand of relaxer and was told that they use Mizani. I arrived at the salon to find a clean contemporary salon. My experience started with a complete consultation. The hair dresser thought I should have a Brazilian chemical straightener instead of a relaxer. After a patch test I thought I was having a relaxer . It wasn't until having a blow dry that I realised that I'd had the Brazilian chemical straightener. After asking about the treatment the hairdresser explained it would be kinder to my hair. I was happy with the end result. I would have preferred to have been advised about the service I had step by step especially as it was the first time I'd had this service. I would say the staff were very professional and my stylist was professional and very capable. In the end I was happy trying something new.
