Had my first ever waxing (full legs and bikini). I have VERY sensitive skin and I knew it would hurt (and it of course did, a lot), but I thought I would suffer through all that pain but get hair free legs. But no - came back home and saw there was A LOT of hair left on my legs, in patches.. So even though salon is nice, staff is friendly - but job basically wasn't done :( Wrote to them, but no reply. So, Im not sure if I would recommend to anyone this, as I had to go today (the following day after waxing in this salon) to a different salon to get rid of those "missed" patches..

The nail technician was very helpful, although she was not able to speak English she did a very good job so that wasn't a problem at all. The only concern is they didn't have as many color options as I thought they should have and the nail color brands looks a bit cheap (!) but i am happy with my nails overall and I would go back.

Wow, what an amazing blow-dry! It was arrow-straight, shiny and just so so beautiful! The hair dresser spent loads of time on it, she clearly cared about giving me the best quality styling possible. Loved this place so much!

The experience itself was okay and the room was clean. However my therapist could not speak English and so there was no conversation. Also I got home to discover there were large patches of my legs that she had missed.
