Amazing head massage with wash altho actual blow dry style was flat and lifeless and didn't hold for the evening. A nice salon with friendly staff but the styling left much to be desired. The wash and pampering was a great treat tho.

I found the salon to be very lovely in terms of design and ambiance, everything was clean and modern looking. Overall the staff were friendly and welcoming, however, I think their limited English may have been a slight problem in directing the hairdresser as to what I wanted. As a result, whilst I felt that the hairdresser was friendly, I was rather disappointed with the result. I noticed he did not carry out any regular hairdressing techniques that I usually watch hairdressers do, but rather chopped at my hair a little unevenly. I wanted my length to be just past collarbone but instead I've ended up with shoulder length. The cut itself wasn't really what I was looking for - I asked for layers and got a bob cut. The length is not a massive issue for me as my hair grows out quickly, but I felt the blow dry just did it no favours by being rather flat and unflattering. Overall I liked the salon and staff, but I wouldn't go back for another cut.

The atmophere was nice, the staff is friendly, and they have a great selection of colours. Nothing bad to say really!
