The staff are lovely but don't go here if you want a short haircut or if you have somewhere to be. I had to come back to get my haircut fixed and was left waiting for an hour and a half. The staff may be friendly but it's not enough to compensate

Lovely staff - but this is essentially a hair dressers. I had to sit at a hair dressers table whilst the woman painted my nails next to me. Meaning I had to keep crossing my arms whilst the other hand dried - very uncomfortable.
For what I paid for, the treatment was good - not much choice of colour though. Thank you.

Really nice experience, the hairdresser suggested me a very nice colour that really suit me. Has a fantastic blow dry. Defo recommended!

I've been here three times now because I've loved it here BUT sadly this experience was the worst :(
She used strip wax and left huge patches of hair. really disappointed as the service has been great until now

The lady who did my nails was very nice and took a lot of care on them. I should probably have had one colour though as the french manicure did not turn out as I had hoped. It looked okay but the white part is already chipping after one day.
