Brilliant staff, very accommodating, excellent service. The only negative is the sliding doors at the end of the waxing bed - when people knock the door has to be opened with you potentially exposed to whoever is knocking. I mention it as it has happened both times I have been.

Always friendly staff that do a fabulous simple trim and the best blow dry in london. Fabulous value for money and even given a bonus hair treatment for no extra cost- leaving with the glossiest, smoothest, healthiest hair I have had in a long time

Turns out that the girl who does eyebrow and eyelash tinting is on maternity leave so they were really nice and let me use the voucher towards a shellac manicure instead, which was lovely. Thank you again!
