Lovely staff do over and above to give you a great service ! Nothing is to big or to small .. The salon is beautifully presented, clean and of a high standard ... My hair is still amazingly straight 5 days later and I have the worlds most wild Afro ! Definitely worth the visit

This was my second visit to the salon, the first one being a really great experience. However, this second time, my therapist couldn't spend as much time /attention doing mani/pedi and so it ended up taking about 2.5hrs and the finish wasn't great with bubbles in the polish and peeling of the nails that very evening. However, when I called up, the salon were really sweet and were happy to fix it. There was another miscommunication for the second visit which meant it only ended up getting fixed for my third visit but this time it was a much better experience.
