I thought the whole service was a bit unorganised and confused as to who has to do what, so there as a bit of delay to my service.
On arrival I was seen promptly. The lady I had spoke little English so there was hardly any conversation throughout and she communicated to other staff members in her native tongue. My blow dry was okay, but didn't make me feel as good as I hoped since I only get blow drys for special occasions. Overall, just okay.
The place is welcoming and lively, the staff friendly. I had a massage in a room downstairs, which was clean and quiet. I really wish to give more than three stares for the massage as the therapist was lovely, however, the massage was very avarage, something that you might get from an untrained friend. This place is very much a hair and beauty salon and I expect that massage is not really their forte.
I've been coming to Brasil for a couple of years now for Brasilian blow dry, keratin treatments, they are thorough and professional and I would certainly recommend having the treatment done here. Staff are friendly be proficient in the tree t procedure and I was happy with a lovely coffee I was given and being left to read my book :) Thank you!
My highlights are exactly what I wanted and I'm very pleased. Great little salon in a good location and the staff and salon were lovely.
