I had the brazilian blow dry done for the very first time a couple of weeks ago. Have to say so far I am happy with the result but the experience itself was not that great. The girl that did my hair didnt make any effort to speak to me or explain anything at all which was really weird and made me feel insecure and not very welcome. Once I asked what exactly was happening they got me a nice lady who explained a bit more and once I was done she sold me some shampoo and conditioner which supposedly was SLS free for £20 each.
Naively I didnt check ingredients until I was home which is when I realised that the shampoo actually did contain exactly that...
As mentioned, not a great experience as a whole however the result is good.

Girls are lovely and know a lot about waxing and thick hair. If your hair is curly be sure you can go to this place without hearing the typical: wow, so much hair! Will come back.
Great underarm wax. Quick, clean and efficient. I went in and the girl actually took me in early to do my wax. Was out very quickly and she did a great job. Thank you!

Very friendly staff and nice salon. Unfortunately there was some confusion as the offer I booked on Wahanda was not something they actually offer at the price quoted. However, the staff did honour the deal and I was happy with the result.
