My waxing felt rushed which made it quite painful

This was my second time here. The staff is lovely. Very friendly upon arrival, always asks if I want water, tea, or coffee and always gives a consult before starting. Very attentive. I had gone to a few places before to have my roots done and each place had apparently used slightly different colors, so she recommended I color my entire head to get consistent color. The conditioning mask and head massage with wonderful!
