The staff we're very friendly and welcoming. The gel nails are fab but could've done with another coat. Perhaps this is because I chose a light colour.
5/5 for each category. As a regular customer I was greeted with great warmth. The therapist I had knew what she was doing. They seem to have responded to previous feedback regarding language barrier by hiring more English speakers so I eas able to have a conversation during my treatment.
Great massage, one of the best I had in London. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. I had a deep tissue massage and it was the right pressure, the therapist really knew what she was doing. I would def come back here again.
Love the staff and the treatments at Brazil Hair. The Brazilian Blow Dry's always come out looking super slick and shiney.
Absolutely excellent as always. Flawless service. Are so welcoming when you arrive and make you feel at ease and the girl who did my waxing I had not had before so was rather nervous but she was also excellent!
