Lovely very chatty staff and did a great job. The room has changed around so legs not pointing towards the door if someone walks in (which no one did today).
I had an underarm wax at Brazil hair and it was great. Quick, clean and efficient. The staff are always friendly and offer you a drink when you arrive which is nice. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
Staff is lovely, and are good in blow dries, but in terms of coloring I don't think they understood what I wanted and the result was awful. However they amended it other day for free.
The treatment was done well and the therapist was very nice. I love my colour, bright red for the dark autumn nights.
I liked how I was explained by the staff on what to expect with my treatment. They were warm and friendly. I loved the end result, it was more than what I expected. They made me feel comfortable enough to ask them a few doubts that I had.
I will definitely go there again as I liked the overall experience.
