I'm fairly used to waxing, but this experience was among the most painful sessions I've had and there are a number of patches of hair on the backs of my legs that were missed completely - that I didn't notice until after she'd dashed out of the room. The salon itself is nice and fairly inexpensive.
Went for an ombre, showed a picture to 2 ladies ( one of them was taking care of my hair and the other one seed to be the manager) I specified many times to both that it had to look natural and did not want to have it blonde as my hair is dark. The lady that was doing my hair seemed very confident, and obviously didn't want to listen to what I said I wanted. After washing my hair, she started to dry it, and I freaked out. My entire hair was so blonde it could not have been any more of the opposite of what I expected!!! She started feeling bad and stopped talking, the manager who knew my expectations asked me and her to go back and do another darker colours. She did. The result was exactly the same. Blonde. I had to leave to pick up my daughter at daycare in the city, after all, it was already 16:30!!! Ended up going to boots and get my own colour "fixed" at home. I do not recommend to go to this place, unless you have a day to waste and don't care about your hair health, because obviously now, they are completely dried and look horrible. They offer for me to come back with no charge to do another colour and fix it. Really???? I'd have to be crazy to go back. Shame on you for calling yourself hair dresser. The ladies were very nice however, can't at otherwise. But I don't go to hair dressers to meet nice people.I get there at 12.30 and left after 16:30.
