Excellent Keratin Treatment - did just what I had hoped in taming my hair and reducing frizz, and good value. My stylist seemed to be serving 2 or 3 people at once and had a few problems with communication after leaving the salon when I left a personal item behind. However, I would recommend the treatment and would return.

The treatment was very good. They have changed staff a lot recently which always leaves you a little anxious when you like one beautician you keep going back because you know what to expect and you're trusting them with your body. The newest girl, I hope she stays. She was very good and quick, pain free and a lovely person to make conversation with.

I was slightly late and staff was very accommodating. The waxing was very quick and not too attentive, but all in all it is good value and the venue is good.

Usually i leave the hairdresser with below expectations results but i finally found a salon who is capable to deal with my curly/frizzy hair. I left the salon with amazing silky hair ! This salon will definetely become my only one for me.
