Overall I had a really nice experience. They were very conscientious and thorough. I find the time my lower-leg wax took was a little too much, it took around 35 minutes, which is quite long. I also had to wait for quite a bit (they were 20 minutes late). But the place is really nice and they do a really good job, so overall I would recommend it.

The girl who waxed me gave me the impression that she was inexperienced as she didn't really seem to know what she was doing. She was fairly slow and used methods I'd never seen before that were unnecessary and made me feel less comfortable

The staff are friendly and the person doing my treatment very meticulous, polite and gentle. The venue however could really benefit from a little bit of TLC. All the plants were dead, and it was fairly dirty. The overall atmosphere was pretty downbeat. My treatment however was excellent, and amazing value for money. I would come back.

I had the Brazilian blow dry and have thick curly hair. Results are great and I no longer have to use straighteners which is a dream. Salon was ok - staff don't speak much English and they were a bit short staffed meaning I was left sitting a bit longer than anticipated. Overal Can't complain for the value for money and good results.
