I came to with my hair completely ruined because I tried to do highlights myself. My hair was dry, burnt and yellow. Not only they fixed it but they gave me an spectacular natural look. The staff were very warm and professional.

I was disappointed with my manicure pedicure results - Despite going to bed 8 hours after my treatment finished, when I woke in the morning the nail varnish had been smudged and marked considerably during the night as it had still not dried properly after all that time. Unfortunately I had to take it all off. I think better top coat or something should have been used to help quicken the drying process.
