I went in to have my medium brown roots tinted to dark brown; unfortunately the colour match was not achieved. However I stated this plainly and they were understanding, re-booking me for the following day to fix. I was greeted by Marcos the next day who was very friendly and achieved the desired outcome; much appreciated!
