I had high hopes for this place, as it looks nice and is close to home. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. The technician was nice and professional, but she didn't seem to have much experience. Or was at least having a rough day. The Hollywood wax was really painful and took a lot longer than I'm used to. She re-waxed many spots (and usually I'm fairly easy to wax). The brow wax was fine, although she only waxed above my brows, then tweezed below. I was a little annoyed, as waxing really takes off all the hair, in one quick go. But instead I had to go through each hair being tweezed out. Just not so pleasant. And the lip wax she had to re-wax a few spots as well. She got the job done but it could have been a lot more painless.

Nice salon, friendly staff and took extra time on painting my nails. Did wish it had clearly said no cuticle work though so my manicure didn't have the neat look I hoped for and didn't last as long
