Disgraceful experience - went in for a wax and left with only slightly less hair but covered in wax and talcum powder over practically my entire body. Stefanie my usual beautician was apparently off sick but I wasn’t notified until I called just before the appointment to say I was running 5mins late. Will absolutely NOT be going back and will be requesting a refund.
The lady was soooo absolutely lovely. She kept apologising for the mess even though there was barely any mess! Really nice place.
They were great, they always cater to your needs and if they miss anything they’ll always go over things and double check for you! They’re friendly and welcoming overall it’s a great place and i keep going back! :)
