I would definitely recommend for a quick and efficient lunch time wax. Prices lower during the day and earlier in the week. My experience was great. In and out and my waxer showed great attention to detail!! Defo going back!!

I was a bit disappointed in the treatment I received. The reviews were great, so I was looking forward to my keratin treatment. I don't know if it's because they used a mild solution, but I have had to get my hair straighteners out a few times since my treatment. The hair at the front is ok, but the hair at the back of my head is still wavy, and not much straighter than it was before. I asked for a haircut at the same time - I made the mistake of not asking how much, and got charged £40 for a simple trim (my hair is long). I noticed the stylist dropped the brush on the floor, and did not exchange or clean it. That worries me. I don't know how sloppy they are with cleanliness. The cut was a little uneven, with some strands a little longer than others. It's not immediately obvious, but for £140 overall, I feel let down. There have been several days since when I've looked in the mirror, and said to myself, I hate my hair. It was not the warmest salon experience either. Real shame given how high my expectations were after reading other reviews.

Great location, friendly staff. I am a regular at this salon and always find the staff to be accomodating. The treatment space could be cleaner and perhaps consider using disposable table/bed linen for hygiene reasons.
