My scalp was burnt with the relaxer, hair wasn't straight. Technique for relaxing was poor. I expected better for the price.

Arrived 1 hour late due to unusual traffic and the salon was very busy; the manager said however I could still have my Brazilian blow-dry treatment, providing I was okay to wait around a bit longer. I was allocated a lady who was very new to the job - in fact it was her first day. I wasn't entirely comfortable with letting someone so new do my treatment, but as I arrived late for my appointment there was simply no other option. The staff at this place are all very nice and friendly; they do their best to accommodate you, but because it's so heavily booked, if you turn up late there is a risk they can't give you a service on the same day, or if you're lucky you will be treated very slowly in-between other customers, which is what happened to me. The lady who applied the lotion to my hair had to be instructed on the steps, although she was very meticulous in application and covered every strand of my hair with the straighteners. Despite having plenty of time for the solution to sit in my hair, and having such a thorough straightening after; the results were disappointing once I washed my hair after the recommended 3 days, it was only mildly straighter than before; I didn't notice an increase in shine or strength either. This is my 4th Brazilian blow dry and I have had better results elsewhere... my hair following treatment hear just wasn't as 'straight' as I had expected. Perhaps the solution they used wasn't 'strong' enough for my curly hair. Having said that, due to the good customer service I wouldn't rule this place out for other treatments.

Nail polish: the colour I picked was empty, and another polish of the same colour was very thick. There was no "fast dry" product in stock. My feedback: not well equipped and not the most professional person to do this job.
