Diana is amazing. She was able to do a Hollywood Wax in 13 minutes. We both laughed at how fast it was since it's scheduled for 45 minutes.

Efficient and adaptable. I arrived 40minutes early and they were happy to see me and as I had highlights since my last visit they needed to change the type of treatment which they did without hesitation.
