I just love this place! Staff are lovely, the lady on reception was very welcoming. Jessica as always performed miracles on my hair, another excellent Brazillian blow dry, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The beautician did not seem experienced. She was waxing against the hair instead of with the hair, went over the same area several times and overall had a terrible technique. I have been for many waxes and never felt pain like this one. I was actually bleeding after it.
I have put on plenty of cream so hopefully wont get infected but defo will not return here for a wax.

Thanks for the discounted nail voucher. I was really looking forward to a bit of pampering after my feet and fingers came down with (post)festival syndrome and needed a good seeing to. I purchased a mani pedi here and it turned out the beautician was double booked - which happens. Unfortunately, she was rushing throughout, asked me to check the time on my phone several times, made mistakes, didn't even ask how long I wanted my nails nor what shape (resulting in my toenails being non-consentually cut, shorter than I've every worn them). Resulting in my session being about 20 minutes shorter than I was expecting and had paid for. All things considered they are looking good and don't look like they'll be chipping anytime soon (I'm 3 days in), so I'm still a happy camper. Bottom-line; I preferred her good humour more than the treatment itself.

Great salon, great service, and great nails. She did a really good job and I felt very pampered and relaxed afterwards! And my nails look great!
