The staff is nice, but the treatment itself was not the best. Usually when I get this treatment done it lasts at least 3 months and my hair gets really straight. I don't know if that's because the therapist used the straightener for a lot of hair at the same time when she should do just for a few hair.

I got a cut and colour (half head of highlights) and was extremely pleased with the results!! I wanted natural looking highlights to brighten my dark blonde hair and that was exactly what I got! And whilst my requests were fairly simple (touching up blonde highlights and a quick trim with long layers), they were more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. The only complaint is timing as it was quite a long time from when I arrived to when I left, but that is somewhat expected for the treatment.

I only go to Brasil Hair now, they do such a consistent job every time I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Their staff are well trained and always lovely. They offer such good value as well - it's not a glamorous salon but you won't leave dissatisfied with their Hollywood wax.
