I had the ombre and was really happy with how it turned out, I'd had it done elsewhere a few months before and it turn out great - its still not perfect but they managed to sort out a most of the issues left from my last dye job! I was a little nervous at first as the staff didn't speak very good English and I was worried they didn't understand what I was asking for and the guy who did my hair barely spoke any at all (perhaps to be expected given the name of the salon!), however, he did a great job on my hair - I've no idea what his name was though. I marked down slightly on the ambience and staff as the salon was almost empty when I got there but after about 10/15 mins loads of staff suddenly seemed to appear from somewhere and some were running across the salon so it was a bit chaotic. Overall, I'm really pleased and would be happy to go back and have the same guy do my hair again.

I was looking forward to getting my hair cut at this salon, having seen it had positive reviews and used Kerastase products, a brand I know and trust. However, when I got there I saw that they didn't use Kerastase, but another brand I haven't seen before, which was a shame. Customer service was underwhelming. The lady who cut my hair excused herself to take a call, saying she would only be two minutes. Ten minutes later, I caught her eye and only then did she seem concerned with drying the rest of my hair. The cut itself was fine, but customer service was lacking. I wouldn't go back there as it definitely wasn't worth the £39 I paid.

My haircut was fine (I asked for something pretty simple) but it did seem a bit rushed and impersonal. Over all decent cut and good value!
