Really good treatment and great result. Service a little slower than I would have expected - had to cancel other appointments as it overran the 1h30 time by a lot. But if you're ok with waiting to get good quality treatments, I would recommend it!

I'm happy with the colour but very disappointed with the overall salon experience. Staff paid little attention to the customers and spoke amongst themselves across the salon, rather than to the customers. The water for the hair washing was cold and my stylist repeatedly complained about my hair being difficult (it is short and fine, I've never had a problem before). I was also only offered one drink throughout the 3 and a half hours I was there. I felt my stylist didn't invest any genuine enthusiasm in what she was doing and I often felt I was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, I won't be going back again.

Quick and clean - exactly what you'd expect. The job was done thoroughly, to a reasonable to standard. Overall not the best wax I've ever had, but definitely nowhere near the worst.
