I went to get the Brazilian Blow Dry on a Friday afternoon and the place was completely empty. Even tho they same to have a kitchen area with teas and coffee machine they didn't offer me anything to drink. The staff seemed to know what they were doing but they were very unfriendly. They didn't attempt to talk to me at all and they didn't explain what I had to do after (If I hadn't read before that I can't wash my hair or tie up, I wouldn't had know).
