I had a hollywood wax done and while the beautician was really quick and efficient (and did a great job!), my experience was a bit awkward. It was my first time in this place and the beautician barely talked to me, making it rather awkward. Also, the receptionist seemed to be quite busy having a chat with her friend. Anyway, I am probably coming back to this place as the wax was relatively cheap.

Amanda was fantastic. The treatment I received was among the best I've had in London. Clean, precise and (relatively) painless (it was a wax, as you can probably guess). She was accommodating and professional. I will certainly be back.
