They are a good hair dresser, but I specifically asked for my roots to be dyed as well as an ombre. They didn't so I still have a grey patch next to my parting, which is annoying. I also got charged an extra £50 (but I do have a lot of hair so I don't mind, but it would have been nice for the heads up). However, they were really nice and accommodating.
