First time Hollywood waxing, I was so nervous and scared but Amanda put me at ease straight away and did an awesome job with both waxing and making sure I'm okay throughout the painful process. Very friendly staff and the place is very clean. I will definitely recommend and go back.

To be honest this time I was disappointed, I've done 6x the brazilian blow dry with you guys and never had a problem before. First I booked my appointment with Jessica, as she was available on the online calendar, but who's done my hair was someone else (didnt get her name) that it seemed as she never done a brz blow dry before! Getting thick layers of hair, passing the product in a sloppy way, she even managed to hit my eye with the hair w/ product!! And the blow dry was even worse, to do this treatment you have to get thin parts, layer by layer, and she done a bad job... the only thing that saved was the guy that finished my hair, did really well with the straightener.
Now that I washed my hair, I could see that there are parts that are curly in the root, that's because she hasn't done properly the treatment.
Next time if I choose a specific hairdresser, don't change it please!
