Lovely looking salon and very clean but the most painful wax I've ever had! Had to ask the therapist to stop going over the same patch of skin over and over again. She left a few times without explanation. Ended up asking her to stop halfway through.

I've rated this place down on ambience due to the overwhelming blow drying chemicals that greeted me on arrival. In fact I waited outside until it was time for me to go downstairs. I am a regular and will always return. I guess it was bad timing on this occasion. Overall Brazilian wax was great. The room needs some cleaning.

It was my first time and wow Diane made it feel so less painful and comfortable. Obviously I went through hell haha but it was bearable. I've been a regular client since then.
