There was only one hairdresser for 3 clients at the same time (the fourth has left after waiting for an hour). What was supposed to take 1.5 hour took 3.5 - lost my day there. Happy about the treatment but definitely not happy with the customer service.

Understaffed, disorganized, & unprofessional. The place had a strong chemical smell and my eyes were watering and burning for the most time I was there.
I was seen 1.5 hours after my appointment time. They had not written down my colour the previous time. Applied a colour (way too dark) and left me there with colour on for over 50 min.
There was only one hairdresser with about 4 clients & attending to all of them at the same time + answering the phone etc.
Eventually she washed my hair but left me at the sink with my hair wet and freezing for close to another 60min.
When she came over to finally get me I said that I was unhappy and cold waiting there. Instead of apologizing she said I needed to stay at the sink for that amount of time because my hair was too dry!
If it wasn't raining and freezing outside I would have left with my hair wet. Terrible experience and took over 4hrs to simple get my roots retouched (no hair styling or anything else at all).
Too bad I had prepaid or I would have walked out at the beginning.
