Overall positive experience. The girl was very efficient and it was definitely one of the least painful Hollywood waxing's I've had. I did have to wait for 20 minutes but I did not mind. It was slightly off-putting being in the reception area waiting and having the girls who worked there chatting in Portuguese - just in terms of feeling unease not knowing what is happening and if they are talking about you and your appointment. Minor point however, and I would happily recommend and return.

Great brazilian wax by Stephanie. I booked the wrong time accidentally at first and they were very helpful rearranging, the girl who greeted me initially didn't really listen but it didn't really cause an issue. Quick, efficient wax and good price at £22
