Loved the haircut and the colour. The stylist was very friendly but the service was a bit slow and the whole process took about 3 hours and 10 mins although I was quoted 2 and a half hours on the website.

The receptionist was not very friendly, then explained my treatment wrong to the hairdresser so I had to speak up. He thankfully rectified it, although please note it is a Spanish speaking salon. So whilst pretty good for curly hair I sat in silence mostly. Could do better with customer service although the male hairdresser was rather good I would visit him elsewhere.
