My appointment was cancelled within 15 minutes of booking because lack of staff. When I thought I was asked to get my booking code the receptionist hung up on me!! When I called back she was equally as rude. Disgusting customer service before even stepping through the door.

I have been here twice before and had a much nicer treatment. Apparently they changed the formula they now use, the new one is painted on by hand rather than sprayed and is a thicker formula (that smells really bad). My hair feels much dried and not silky like it did the last two times, I actually have to go get a hair cut now because the ends are so dried and frayed. Hopefully some conditioning treatments might help. Not sure that I will return again.
