The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was very welcoming and friendly without being overly chatty which I liked. She did a very good job of the manicure especially and was a perfectionist in making sure it was done perfectly

I paid in advance for my Holywood and eyebrow wax. Half way through my Hollywood they informed me that the lady who does eyebrows wasn't in so they couldn't give me the eyebrow wax. I was going on holiday that afternoon and had no time to get them done elsewhere. Otherwise the salon is fine, but I certainly won't return.
