pedicure
there was no proper set up so I had to sit on a hairdressing chair while rest my foot on her lap. my back was in so much pain from the awkward position I had to sit in and my leg was hurting as I had to rest it so high. I stayed like this for an hour. the pedicure was so painful and my toes from where she took the cuticle and side skin was raw red so when the nail varnish went on I can tell you that was not a pleasant experience. my feet were scrubbed for maybe a minute. I have quite a bit of dry skin and barely any of it was removed which is really frustrating as a pedicure is not just for the nails.
manicure
this was slightly better...slightly. again when removing my cuticle I finally had enough and said it was too rough. It really was painful. I didn't get a hand massage or even any hand cream when it was finished. my nail varnish chipped on 3 nails 2 hours (!!!) after the manicure which tells me the quality of the varnish is not great.
So not only did I have an unpleasant experience but I also have chipped nails and dry skin. It was a waste of two hours.
the shop is called Brazil hair so maybe should have indicated to me they may not be set up for beauty.

very clean and pleased with my treatment, friendly staff. Quick, efficient and good value. Definitely more of a no frills experience but great for a monthly visit!
