Did a very good job on my hair, as it was in such bad condition. Had a frosty welcome, but otherwise the rest of my stay was very accommodating.

Positives: The therapist asked about the areas she should focus on and cared about my comfort and was checking frequently whether I was satisfied with the pressure. Negatives: My appointment was delayed by 10 minutes which wasn't a very big problem. However, how surprised and disappointed I was when I left the venue and realized that my 1 hour massage last 40 minutes! Obviously, there is no clock in the room, so I couldn't point it out at the time my session was finished. Also, the therapist had very long nails, she absolutely didn't hurt me, but being scratched felt really irritating on my face and palms.
