Hygiene level is low: hair on the floor everywhere, smells of chemicals (obviously he do Brazilian straightening, but then AC should be better), the towel they gave me for waxing was super dirty. Yuck, not coming back. Having said that, the lady gave a painless, quick and clean wax.

I had a Hollywood wax and think it was good value. The beautician was friendly and professional.
