The treatment seems to have worked brilliantly, (I've yet to wash it). The staff gave every impression of doing a really thorough job. I booked Jessica specifically because of her reviews but only got her for half of my session, then I swapped to a very friendly lady but as she didn't speak any English it was hard to communicate and not possible to ask questions I had. Thankfully I'd asked about shampoo for post treatment at the beginning but overall it would be fair to say the price of this treatment is the great advantage; it's not s place for luxury or smooth customer service. Excellent coffee though.

Hygiene level is low: hair on the floor everywhere, smells of chemicals (obviously he do Brazilian straightening, but then AC should be better), the towel they gave me for waxing was super dirty. Yuck, not coming back. Having said that, the lady gave a painless, quick and clean wax.
