Half an hour waiting to be seen. Still had wax on me after the appointment and not all the hair was removed.

great, friendly, efficient- I was 10 mins late which she was very good about but there were a few small areas of hair missed, I understand that it was rushed because I was late but this did happen last time - same areas missed as before, maybe it's the position they wax you in?! Still great service!!!
