Very friendly staff, gentle and reassuring. However, my hairdresser spoke very little English. It was difficult to communicate with her, but I managed to get close to what I wanted by showing photos. Would have been helpful to know this prior to the visit. Didn’t make the experience any less worse, just a little harder!
